Fresh talent Olivair Onkar has signed his first release with Inkognito. They agreed in the terms of his contract, that his unique sound and song structure will make him stand out from the crowd. There's a point what states that 13 Moves is clearly made for the dancefloors. The marching groove, the sharp brass stabs and the epic breakdown are all parts of the deal.
